The American Music Awards are back! Late night talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel, will be hosting the ceremony LIVE from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California. If Jimmy doesn't get you pumped up for the awards then perhaps the amazing line-up of performers will. This year's show will include performances by Usher & Alicia Keys (introduced by Janet Jackson), Kenny Chesney with Uncle Kracker, Fantasia, Josh Groban, Toby Keith, Lenny Kravitz, Maroon 5, John Mayer, Jessica Simpson, Snoop Dogg & Pharrell, Gwen Stefani, Twista, Kanye West and Gretchen Wilson. If that doesn't get you excited then I don't know what will!
Along with Jimmy and the performance line-up don't miss all the terrific presenters that will be on-hand to pass out those awards, such as; Clay Aiken, Pamela Anderson, Jim Belushi ("According To Jim"), Brooks & Dunn, Chingy, Ciara, Kelly Clarkson, Sheryl Crow, Carmen Electra, Macy Gray, Kathy Griffin, Billy Idol, Lil’ Flip, Teena Marie, MercyMe, Nelly, Kelly Osbourne ("Life As We Know It"), Nicole Richie ("The Simple Life"), William Shatner ("Boston Legal"), Nicolette Sheridan ("Desperate Housewives"), KISS' Gene Simmons, John Stamos, Switchfoot, tennis superstars Serena & Venus Williams, and Ying Yang Twins.
I know that I'll be tuned in to check out the American Music Awards on Sunday, November 14th at 8-11 P.M (Eastern and Pacific Time) ... As I'm getting prepped for the big night here are my predictions for who will be taking home those coveted awards.
