Hot Spots: Orlando - Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Show

Looking for delicious food along with an exciting, suspenseful show? Look no further. The Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show is one of the best in Orlando.

As soon as you enter Sleuth’s the show has begun. The outrageous characters mingle with you while you are being seated always keeping you on the edge of your seat and usually cracking up at their antics. Guests are seated at round tables each holding about eight people. While it may seem awkward at the beginning to sit with and eat in front of other people this is actually a great way to meet other people. You will be amazed at the different types of people you meet in Orlando.

When you make your reservations you have to tell them what you’d like to eat. Here are your choices:

  • Honey-glazed Cornish game hen with herbed stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, and cranberry sauce
  • Prime rib dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables
  • Four cheese lasagna (with or without meatballs, your choice) with vegetables and garlic bread

I chose the four cheese lasagna with meatballs and was thoroughly impressed with the taste and serving size. There are also several dessert options, however they must be kept a secret until you are actually at the show. Mark my words though, the dessert is delicious!

As for the show, it kept me interested and entertained throughout and had me guessing the whole time. The entire show is a laugh out loud experience from the characters to the storyline. The actors do a remarkable job at staying in character from the moment you enter the building until the moment you leave.

Overall, I highly recommend Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to correctly solve the mystery in the end, but this just proves that the story and characters will keep you guessing. For the price of $47.95 for adults and $23.95 for children (3-11 years old) I think this is an excellent, unique dinner show.
