Movie Box - Nathalia Ramos Interview

If you love the Bratz Doll's, then you'll want to see them on the big screen this summer when Bratz: The Movie opens August 10th. Nathalia Ramos plays Yamin, a strong and very determined girl. "She sees her best friends have drifted apart and she's the one who brings them back together. Yasmin is also an amazing singer, but she has terrible stage fright which her friends help her overcome." Though the movie is inspired by the dolls Nathalia says, "It also shows that these are real girls dealing with real issues, and I think many people will relate to them."

Bratz dolls aren't your normal Barbie dolls. Nathalia says, "These dolls are popular because not only are they hip and cool, they also represent so many different cultures." While there are many messages in this film, Nathalia expresses, "I hope that kids can leave with a feeling of self confidence, and know that they can achieve anything they set their mind to!"

Just like any normal 14 year old, Nathalia likes to hang out with her friends when she's not busy acting. For teens out there who want to get into acting, Nathalia advises, "Never give up. Work hard, because anything worth anything takes sacrifice. But please, stay in school and keep your grades up, because that is the most important thing!"

A story about achieving your goals, being yourself and the value of friendships will be a hit among young girls everywhere! Be sure to check out Nathalia Ramos this summer in Bratz: The Movie!
