It was a cold and windy night in LA, but that didn't stop the premiere of the new movie "Annapolis." The film stars James Franco, who you might also know as "Harry Osborn" from Spider-Man 1 and 2.  He's also supported by singer/actor Tyrese Gibson and actress Jordana Brewster (The Fast and the Furious). The story follows Jake Huard (James Franco) who goes from the wait list into the Naval Academy at Annapolis.  He must not only prove to his fellow comrads that he is worthy of being there, but also to himself. 

Teen Scene talked with Jim Parrack who plays, AJ, a guy from the wrong side of the tracks. He told us that the main message of the film is "Don't listen to people that say you can't do something. Give it your very best."

Teen Scene also caught up with Vicellous Shannon who plays "Twins." The making of the film had a very different effect on Vicellous than it did on Jim Parrack. Vicellous states, "when they see what the military goes through and the mentality they take on and their undeniable courage, they should feel a sense of appreciation."   

Other stars came out to support the movie and Teen Scene was there to find out what's new in their lives.  Percy Daggs who plays Wallace Fennel on the hit TV show "Veronica Mars," excitingly expressed who he is rooting for in the Super Bowl this year. Sporting a Pittsburgh Steelers hat, he told us, "I like the NFL now. I think for the next few years, you won't see anything like the Patriots." Percy is busy looking at scripts and hopes to be in an upcoming blockbuster.

If you love the show "Prison Break," it's back March 20. Amaury Nolasco who plays Fernando Sucre on the show couldn't give away too much on the return, but said to expect many twists and turns and lots of lust. Filming in Chicago has it's pluses and minuses Ari says, "I love the food, but the weather I'm not too crazy about." Besides "Prison Break," Ari can be seen in "The Benchwarmers" starring David Spade - out later this year.
