We all hate having to eat healthy when it’s the same boring ‘rabbit food’ meals every day. When we enjoy what we eat, it’s a lot easier to stay on the health kick instead of having a cheeky little chocolate bar when we shouldn’t. Not that there is anything wrong with having a little treat now and then!
