It's not every so often when that special band comes around, that band who carries your favorite anthem to rock out to in any mood, Third Eye Blind is that band, starting in the early 1990's. Also known as 3EB, formed back in 1997 by band members Stephen Jenkins, Brad Hargreaves, Tony Fredianelli, and Arion Salazar. Third Eye Blind's name came from an idea of having a 'mind's eye' that Stephen Jenkins had read about. Their debut album came in place that same year followed by top selling album; "Blue" in 1999 selling over 6 million copies worldwide. Alternative rock listeners all over became interested in the band's grunge and unique style. They gained so many fans and attention that five of their top hits became known on Billboard's Hot 100. They are most known for their top hits like "Semi-Charmed Life", "Jumper", and "Losing a Whole Year".
