Well, here is where I come in, to suggest the perfect shoes for just the right weather in whatever city, state, or even country you just so happen to be in.

If it happens to be sunny outside while you are getting dressed, keep in mind that weather drops in most parts of the U.S. drastically at night. So instead of trying to find open toe stilettos opt for a peep-toe bootie. Also, if you like color and want your shoes to stand out from the rest get them early by ordering online. When looking for holiday heels be sure that they aren’t too high, especially when going to dinner at your significant other’s parents house, not a good idea. No red, I realize it is the holiday but red is so cheesy it makes you look like a Mrs. Santa Clause, a little too into the holiday spirit, you know? They are really over the knee and are just SEXY, when really trying to show off for the haters.

All in all when looking for the perfect holiday shoe or any shoe for that matter the important thing is comfort. It all relies on your comfort in the shoe and how you carry yourself. No one wants or will feel sexy in a shoe if they cannot walk in them. I know for myself I had on some sexy Dereon boots and they were fine in the beginning but as the night wore on you could tell I was uncomfortable. I mean I actually had people coming up to me and asking whether I was okay, I guess I was looking that uncomfortable. Now I know for next time, don’t wear them for a long period of time, it’s not a good look.

Whatever you do plan on wearing for the holidays, remember comfort, class, and being yourself is what matters most.
